Raj Chandaria
Founder
Raj Chandaria is the Chairman and Managing Director of Aegis Logistics Ltd., where he has contributed for over 20 years. With 25+ years of expertise in oil, gas, and chemical logistics, he has played a vital role in the company’s growth and terminal expansion. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Boston University. He also serves on the boards of Sea Lord Containers Limited and Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited.
Kanwaljit Nagpal

With over 25 years at ANARDE Foundation, Trustee Kanwaljit Nagpal offers profound stability and rural development expertise. Holding an MBA, he serves in an advisory role, leveraging deep institutional knowledge to steer major projects toward sustainable impact. His leadership ensures all initiatives align with the mission, combining academic rigor with practical business experience. Dedicated solely to the foundation’s growth, he manages complex operations with strategic focus.

Trustee Jaideep Khimasia brings six years of business and advisory expertise to the ANARDE Foundation. An MBA, he plays a key role in the strategic framework, applying management skills to improve project efficiency and reach. He provides focused guidance to support steady, impactful growth and navigate rural development challenges.
Nita Mahuvakar
CEO
Giving has been her life’s motto. As CEO of Anarde Foundation, her thoughts align with the organization’s vision: achieving sustenance with dignity—not charity—through income generation in rural areas. Social good is an elixir for her and the team, helping them spread happiness and make underprivileged villagers aware of their dreams and ambitions.
